Just 50 meters from a private cove, this residence blends harmoniously into the natural landscape of Methoni. The design and choice of materials follow soft, earthy tones that highlight the serenity and beauty of the surroundings.
To maximize natural views and light, Schüco aluminum systems of top quality and durability were selected. Specifically, the Schüco ASE 67 PD (Panorama Design) series was used, a minimal sliding frame system that allows large openings with just a 30 mm visible profile at the overlap. This creates a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, offering the user unobstructed sea views and a unique sense of freedom.
The project’s philosophy is based on simplicity and clean lines, with an emphasis on minimal design and discreet luxury. The goal was to create a space that does not compete with nature but interacts with it harmoniously. The openings, textures, and color tones were chosen to unify the interior space with the landscape, offering a sense of transparency and freedom. Every element of the construction serves the idea of tranquility and simplicity, highlighting the unique views and natural light that characterize the area of Methoni.
